The Purezza sparkling Water system from Culligan Water has won the Best New Hospitality Product at the Fine Food Awards in Melbourne. The awards were part of Australia’s largest international food service and hospitality event in 2010 – Fine Food Australia’s trade show.
The Award was presented to Culligan Water, Purezza’s product manager Simon Read accepted the award in front of a large crowd of who’s who in the hospitality industry.
The Culligan/Everpure foodservice team were in attendance and after being short listed down from 140 entrants in the category, were judged at their stand on the first day ,where they then made the final 4, with the winner to be announced at an awards ceremony that night, and with Purezza Sparkling water system answering the call to an ongoing issue with in the hospitality industry because of the benefits to not only foodservice operators, but also the benefits for the environment due to less prepackaged bottles going to landfill.

The Purezza Sparkling Water System takes ordinary tap water and turns it into pure fresh, still or sparkling water, Filtered through Everpure filtration (Leaders in the Food service water treatment industry) to ensure quality crystal clear water free of contaminants whilst retaining essential minerals, the system is a smaller version similar to those used in some water bottling plants throughout the world.
The system is supplied with high quality re-useable glass bottles, capable of regular washing through a commercial dishwasher, negating the need to order, transport, store and refrigerate prepackaged bottled water like San Pellegrino or Fiji water.
